Aish NY is looking for an administrator / office manager to oversee daily office management and administration of the organization.


Responsibilities include:

  • Bookkeeping and assisting with preparation of budgets and reporting

  • Oversight of database including collecting and reporting data

  • Event operations support

  • Organizing staff communications, meetings, and important documents

  • Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and proposals

  • Maintaining a highly functional office atmosphere include ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment, etc.

The Administrator/office manager must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, strong organizational skills, enthusiastic and able to work well with a growing team.


Basic 9-5 schedule, but flexible hours a possibility depending upon person. Based in Aish NY office in Midtown Manhattan, but office hours also potentially flexible.


Salary commensurate with experience.


Qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, QuickBooks, Excel, and other Office applications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
